
MEAL PREP POLICY
Orders will be charged a 20% service fee and 6% state tax.
Payment made with credit and debit cards will be charged an additional 2.9% processing fee.
All meal prep orders should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
Any meal prep orders placed within 48 hours of the order date must be paid in full.

***Please note that refunds are not available for meal prep orders that are not canceled at least five days prior to the scheduled order date.
All orders are to be picked up or delivered by 6 pm.

Beautifully Complicated is not liable for any pick-up orders in the event of an accident occurring during transportation.

CATERING POLICY
​
All catering packages will be charged a 20% service fee and 6% state tax.
Credit and debit cards will be charged an additional 2.9% processing fee.
To secure your booking date a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking.
There are NO REFUNDS. Should you cancel your event, any deposits made may be transferred to a new date, provided the requested date is within six months of the original booking date.

The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to the event date by 6:00 pm. Failure to submit payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your catering service, and any deposits or payments made toward the balance will be non-refundable only transferable within six months.

All events scheduled within three weeks of the event date require full payment of the remaining balance at the time of booking.
​
**Please note that all events scheduled within two weeks of the event date will incur an additional fee of $250. This fee, along with the remaining balance, must be paid at the time of booking.

We will arrive within a one-hour time window, approximately 30 minutes before the event begins and no later than 30 minutes afterward.

Supplies required for preparation and delivery
We DO NOT set up or supply chafing dishes, plates, cups, napkin, eating or serving utensils for drop-off orders. These items may be requested and added to your invoice at an additional charge. Also, we are not obligated to provide additional condiments beyond those specified on the invoice.

Chafing dish rental, including fuel burners, available at a rate of $20 per unit.

Disposable plates, cups, napkins and serving utensils: $100 per every 50 guests

Aesthetic and decor packages available; food table setup exclusively for drop-off orders begins at $200.

If chafing dishes or aesthetic equipment are rented from Beautifully Complicated, authorized personnel will retrieve them. Otherwise, the responsibility for cleaning falls solely to the client.
